Each item is custom-made with a production time of 1-2 days before it ships via USPS First Class, which typically takes 2-5 business days for delivery.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Our return/exchange policy lasts for 7 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. Contact info@genamyint.com for return instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs, and shipping fees are non-refundable. Consider using a trackable shipping service for items over $75.
